Since the first day of our service, studies have been carried out on mineral structures such as creek stone, limestone (aggregate), basalt, chrome, boron, calcite, mountain sand, nickel. These crushers are designed to crush soft and medium hard material. The high speed rotating rotor hits the material against the impact wedges and the crushing process takes place. The sand machine allows you to get thin and cubic products. It gives products in gradation suitable for the sand size distribution requested by concrete plants and asphalt plants. Max. 80 mm, max. 250 mm feed is made. The machine body frame is produced in 4 parts.

This product, which is produced under the name of sand machine, is also known as tertiary crusher. It is included in the category of impact crushers due to its working principle and body shape. The desired dimensions in the sand machine are in the range of 0-5 mm, the desired product in the range of 0-5 mm requires the machine to work at high speeds. Special plates with different lines and geometric shapes are used inside the machine and outside the body in order to reduce the wear due to the high wear rate inside the machine at these dimensions. In order to obtain high speed efficiency, the rotor and the connection shape of the rotor on the body are produced precisely.

One of the biggest features of the sand machine we have produced is the material feeding dimensions. Feeding dimensions 250 mm. Setting group Range is 0–150 mm. These operating dimensions are valid for all mineral structures, similar Crystal lattice structures and operating conditions specified in this design.
